Emily is the Founder of Maxwell Melia and trains across the UK. She has been qualified in Hair Extensions and Hair Loss Integration for over 10 years and has been teaching within Maxwell Melia since we were established in early 2017. She specialises mostly in nano ring extensions, but offers all methods to her clients. Emily founded Maxwell Melia to empower other women to have their own freedom and improve their lifestyle, after finding it difficult herself to identify a support network within the industry. She is always learning to be able to improve the courses and her skills, from new techniques within the hair industry, to learning all about marketing to pass this knowledge onto students and graduates.
Kelly is a trainer for our Southern team. She has been in the hair industry for over 20 years, becoming a very successful salon owner and winning many awards over this time. Kelly’s passion is for teaching – she has been and educator for 15 years and loves helping others achieve their goals in business. She specialises in micro rings and fusion bonds, but covers all methods and is constantly learning to improve and refine her skills.
Pamela is part of our Scottish and Northern teams. She has been qualified in hair extensions for over 5 years and has consistently been evolving and improving her skills through training since then, now offering 7 methods of hair extensions. Outside of training for Maxwell Melia, Pamela works self employed in a salon. She loves being able to pass on her vast knowledge and help other learners to become successful.
Stephanie qualified in all methods of extensions with Maxwell Melia over a year ago after being a colourist. Her training and passion for the industry has quickly enabled her to become highly successful in the field, becoming completely self-employed within 6 months. She specialises mostly in weave extensions and loves the results she can achieve with this method. Stephanie feels she has met many amazing people since completing her training and she now offers her support to student graduates of Maxwell Melia.
